  Michael Mathur

  President & CEO

   

  Michael Mathur is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BL Healthcare, Inc. and the Company's founder who developed the combination of core technologies.

  Michael has over 20 years of experience within the process control systems industry including product development, product and services business development, market and commercialization strategy development and execution.

  He has successfully guided several hardware and software products and services business launches with Rockwell Automation and Invensys Home Control Systems. Responsible for growing the controller business for Rockwell Automation along with a team of marketing and commercial managers. Participated in acquisition of Reliance Electric for Rockwell Automation. Developed a Fieldbus systems business for Invensys.

  Michael holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University in India, a MS in Computer and Information Science from University of New Haven and an EMBA from Cleveland State University.

  Timothy Brauns

  VP of Marketing and Commercialization

   

  Tim joined BL Healthcare in August 2011 as the Vice President for Marketing and Commercialization. He has over 20 years of diverse operational, managerial and executive experience from Tufts Medical Center, Massachusetts General Hospital, the Center for the Integration of Medicine and Innovative Technology (CIMIT), the Adelson Medical Research Foundation and Boston BioCom, LLC.

  Tim has an extensive background in the development of innovative medical technology. His work has included the co-invention of a patented internet-based cervical cancer screening process at Massachusetts General Hospital that has been successfully tested by the U.S. Army. At CIMIT, he provided business and marketing expertise to Russian companies and research institutions as part of a State Department nonproliferation program, and managed a project that provided the first successful international demonstration of real-time telestroke consultation. While serving as the Vice President of Strategic Planning at Boston BioCom, he led a DARPA-funded program to develop a laser-based device for enhancing vaccine responses. In addition, he has helped secure over $50 million in sponsored program funding for hospitals, research institutes and small businesses from a wide variety of Federal and private grant funding organizations.
  

  Since 2000, his work has included consulting with non-profit research organizations, Federal agencies and emerging life sciences companies on strategic planning, strategic marketing, and sponsored research program development. He has assisted BL Healthcare with marketing strategy, business planning and securing critical early research grant funding for the company.

  Tim holds a BA in Geological Sciences from Northwestern University and a Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University

  Dr. Harish Chandna

  Chief Medical Officer

   

  Dr. Harish Chandna is the Chief Medical Officer for BL Healthcare and is in private practice as a Cardiologist at the Victoria Heart and Vascular Center in Victoria, Texas, where he serves as the Director of Research. In addition, he is the Director of the Heart Program at DeTar Hospital, and serves as an Attending Cardiologist in other Medical Centers in and around Victoria, Texas.
  
  Prior to his current position, he was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Rajasthan, India, and the University of Illinois, and formerly served as the Cardiology Director of the Cardiac Care Unit at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
  
  Dr. Chandna is a published author in a variety of prestigious medical journals and has been principal investigator in over 50 clinical trials. He brings over 20 years of medical experience as both a practitioner and researcher to the BL Healthcare management team.

  Vikas Shukla

  Principal Hardware Design Engineer

   

  Vikas Shukla is the Principal Hardware Design Engineer at BL Healthcare, Inc.

  Mr. Shukla  has over 15 years of experience in design of Microprocessor based systems. His expertise include signal integrity, architecture and design of remote patient monitoring systems.

  He is the author of two books – Signal Integrity for PCB Designers and Regular Expression in Javascript.

  Prior to BL Healthcare, Mr. Shukla worked for Celestica Inc in Salem NH and Advanced Micro Devices in Austin TX.

  Mr. Shukla has degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IT-BHU, Varanasi, India.

  Joseph Jacques

  Director of Manufacturing

   

  Mr. Jacques has over 38 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, process engineering, and facilities planning. His expertise in manufacturing includes surface mount technology of printed wiring boards and electromechanical assembly.

  Prior to working at BL Healthcare, Mr. Jacques held various positions at Invensys Systems, Inc. (formally The Foxboro Company) in product line support, engineering management, and facilities planning. Early in his career, he worked for General Electric in the aircraft engine division in Rutland, Vermont.

  Mr. Jacques has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA and a Masters of Engineering degree in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. He is married with two children.

 

• Rohitab Batra

  Systems Architect

   

  Rohitab is the Systems Architect for BL Healthcare and has been with the company for over 7 years.

  Rohitab develops and supports the application solutions used by BL Healthcare. The applications he creates enable the wireless communication between devices; an interactive video connection through BL Healthcare devices; care management interfaces for both patient and provider; as well as server and database integration.

  Rohitab holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Degree from Kurukshetra University.

  Gurkeerat Sidhu

  Software Engineer

   

  Gurkeerat is Software Engineer for BL Healthcare and has been with the company for 2 years.

  He works with both the technical aspects of the company including device configuration and testing; as well as customer facing problem solving as technical support. He also serves as program manager for a variety of projects designed to improve the use and flexibility of BL Healthcare's products and services.

  Gurkeerat holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science.

  Jeremy McLean

  Marketing Communications Manager

   

  Jeremy is Marketing Communications Manager for BL Healthcare and has been with the company for three years, first as a freelance graphic designer and then a full-time employee. He works with the executive staff, engineers and software designers on the overall look & feel of BL Healthcare products and services.

  With over ten years of eCommerce business management experience and expertise in web and print based communications, Jeremy has created and managed the online presence and corporate image for several companies. His skills as a graphic and web designer combined with his management experience enhance the marketing and presentation of both BL Healthcare products and the company itself.

  Jeremy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mass Communication from Emerson College.
